Douglas-fir Tussock Moth (Orgyia pseudotsugata) Infestation
First evidence of outbreak in Northeast Oregon was around Phillips Creek, north of Elgin in 1972,
followed by widespread outbreaks from Snake River Canyon, Pine Creek, and Cornucopia westward to the Mt Emily country in 1973.
